Author shot 2
I had to crop them down to head, neck and shoulders. Hope they'll be okay ... you could say I was going for the gravitas often associated with a Russian or East European writer.
It IS a good one and it does have a good deal more 'gravitas' than the shots of you I took at the Poetry Cafe! (But I like some of those, as well! Tom Paley
For an "author shot", I like this one the best.
ReplyDeleteIf you look at Elizabethan portraits they are nearly all like this. The head slightly turned away but the eyes directed towards the artist/beholder
